Your Mission:
Lead a team of automation testers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure effective testing processes.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define automation strategies and testing requirements.
Manage and prioritize automation testing activities, ensuring proper resource allocation and timely delivery of test results.
Review and analyze requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to identify automation testing opportunities.
Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to test automation and quality assurance.
Continuously improve automation processes and methodologies, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (10+ years) in automation testing of software applications, including experience in a leadership or lead automation role.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as [Java, Python] for test automation scripting.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks like [Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, ].
Experience with API testing and tools like [ API testing tools, Postman, REST Assured].
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of leading and motivating automation teams.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.
Proficiency in test automation for web and mobile applications.
Hands-on experience with [Jenkins, Git, Docker].

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days from office-3 from home)
Working Hours: Flexible
